Trellis Supportive Care provides compassionate care for individuals living with a life-limiting illness and their families, through quality medical, emotional, spiritual and social support. The essence of Trellis Supportive Care is about enhancing quality of life. Our goal is to help patients and their families live as fully and as comfortably as possible.
